The Panasonic ‘P2 Live’ Experience Centre

Panasonic's newly awaited "P2 Live" Experience Centre is now live and up and running for use!! So book now!!

The Panasonic ‘P2 Live’ Experience Centre is a purpose built facility available to anyone who would like to see the Panasonic P2 workflows in action. From acquisition to broadcast, looking at field content management, back at base content management, metadata management, editing, several archiving alternatives and play out opportunities, this centre will not only show everything possible but give you the chance to actually test the workflow for yourself.

You can shoot on either a high end Varicam or a handheld HPX171 using the new, faster ‘E’ series P2 cards and push the content through all the processes you will find in the production workplace. Finally you will be able to look at your clip either on a big screen in the viewing theatre or pushed down the line via the internet on to a hand held device. You will also be able to see it archived to one of the many archive solutions available at the centre.

The ‘P2 Live’ centre collaborates with external partners including Adobe, Apple and Avid allowing you the choice of your preferred software. Other partners include Quantum, Rimage, HP, Object Matrix and many more.

The centre is available to anyone from the production industry with an interest in high quality content, production costs, acquisition technology or production workflows.
